What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Intake Form and Informed Consent Form are administered to clients immediately after payment of fees/rates is done. This helps prepare both the client and I for the therapy session. The first sessions are usually Intake and Assessment Sessions.

I am an experienced and inspiring Psychotherapist, Licensed Psychologist, Certified Marriage & Family Counselor, Pastoral and Christian Counselor, and Reverend Minister with training in psychology, mental health, counselling, and experience in practicing innovative guidance and counselling strategies, and psychotherapy required to ensure better improved lives in clients.
Having the education, knowledge, skills and understanding of rapport building, mental health care, stress and anger management, depression counselling, suicide & volent behaviour management, addiction and depression counselling, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) counselling, academic and career counseling, crisis intervention, relationship, marriage and family counseling, conflict-resolution techniques, individual and small-group counseling, assessment and behaviour management strategies needed to make a positive impact on clients.
