I identify as a cisgendered, gay, African American woman. My pronouns are she/her. As a master's level clinician and licensed massage therapist my goal is to incorporate skills and offer support holistically. I aim to see people live their best lives, find the answers that are within themselves. I believe that trauma and stress is stored within the body causing both physical and emotional pain and distress. My approach is a place of health and wellness.

My background is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Juvenile Justice, substance use treatment and women's/girls centered treatment. I enjoy seeing people move from a place of powerlessness to feeling empowered and capable in their lives. I believe that individuals know what's best for themselves and grow in a nonjudgmental and validating space.
