Research shows that unhealthy relationships can cause both emotional and physical stress, whereas healthy relationships can enhance and improve overall well-being, I offer Pre-marital, marital counseling, individual counseling for anxiety, depression and relationship issues. In addition, coaching and developing individuals who suffered from substance abuse, stress, trauma, and grief issues.
Over and over again, I hear people say the phrase, "Life is a journey, you only live once enjoy life while you can at every given opportunity”. I absolutely agree that it is important to enjoy the things you do each day. If you want to set up your life so that you can enjoy as many of the moments as possible there are particular experiences, you ought to strive for. In addition, I am having fun working as a counselor more importantly everyday I get the opportunity to help someone who might need encouragement with their Life journey.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first meeting is completing a consultation with the client; the purpose is to gather confidential infromation regarding the client's presenting problems for future counseling sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my Master Degree of Education in Christian Counseling from International Apostolic University of Grace and Truth, in Dayton, OH. In addition, my areas of interest include (but are not limited to): martial and pre-martial counseling, family dynamics, depression, trauma, grief, stress, substance abuse, anxiety, and anger issues. I have specialized education and training in working with religious and spiritual issues in counseling. I've continued obtaining training in these area through workshops and conferences since my graduation.
