About
I have worked in Mental Health for over ten years, in numerous settings and varying crisis levels. I am known for being a caring, nonjudgmental source of wisdom and support to the individuals I work with. I appreciate the variety of backgrounds my clients have come from as it has broadened my knowledge of, and empathy for, all Mental Health issues. We all deserve support in the areas we feel vulnerable in.
I enjoy helping others in general and witnessing their process of gaining something they didn't have prior to our encounter. Being able to give others hope, support, guidance, tools, and resources makes a world of difference. I am grateful to have the experience, both personally and professionally, in order to offer a safe container in which the magic of healing can take place. My heart wishes each of my clients well and they can feel this, which in itself, is a healing experience.
