About
I am a spiritual forgiveness and self-love coach who helps women gently release the weight of the past so they can remember who they really are and live from a place of peace, joy, and inner freedom. Through a blend of soulful conversation, practical tools, and compassionate accountability, I guide clients to heal old stories of unworthiness, rebuild trust with themselves, and create daily rituals of deep self-love that actually fit their real lives.
I do this work because I’ve walked my own path of healing and know how confusing it can feel to forgive, set healthy boundaries, and still keep your heart open. My lived experience, together with my ongoing study of personal development and spirituality, means I bring not just knowledge but empathy and grounded guidance into every session. Clients feel safe with me because I listen deeply, ask honest questions, and hold a non-judgmental space where all of them is welcome—tears, laughter, fear, and hope.
You can trust that I will show up consistently, honour your journey, and walk beside you as you learn to forgive yourself and others, rewrite limiting beliefs, and step into a more loving relationship with your own heart.
