If you are STUCK we can help. Unstuck Counseling is a GROUP therapy practice located in Laurel, MD. Our mission is to help adults and children find the emotional peace that leads to a lifetime of freedom and happiness. We partner with our clients to help them get UNSTUCK!

I find it rewarding for my clients to become unstuck from the issues or problems they have felt stuck in for a while. It is rewarding for me to see clients obtain a lifetime of freedom and happiness.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients I always work on building a great rapport with them and create an open and safe space for clients to ask questions about therapy or their perceptions of what they think therapy will entail. I think that is always a good way to introduce new clients to therapy to hopefully help reduce any fear, worry, or conerns they may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Allegheny College and I obtained my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trinity Washington University. I am currently licensed with the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists as a LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor). I have been practicing for 5 years but I have been working in the mental health field since 2011. So, I have a lot of experience working with adults, children and families.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with children between the ages of 5-21, adults 21-60, families, couples and severly mentally ill adults from various ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.
