Change requires courage, insight, and strength, but therapeutic work towards self-understanding and improved mental and emotional health is well worth the journey! I commend you for your willingness to walk on this path, and would be honored to join you on it. Whether you are struggling with a particular relationship or issue, or have become aware of a general feeling of “loss” or “emptiness”, I encourage you to contact us so we can discuss your needs and goals, and see how we can work together to improve your overall quality of life. We look forward to hearing from you! We offer both individual therapy for both adolescents and adults, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Within these modalities, we specialize in working with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, issues around self-image and self-esteem, body-image and eating disorder recovery, phase-of-life adjustments, and trauma recovery. We work to find the best style of therapy for you and your goals. Our theoretical orientation draws on cognitive behavioral theories and a psychoanalytic approach, allowing us to create the right blend of past and current focus and help you make progress with your concerns. Addo Recovery feels really holistic. My therapist has taught me way more than I expected was to be involved in addiction recovery. I've been taught to love myself, to have compassion and openness in my behavior, and accept myself - who would have thought that these things are at the core of recovery?! They really know how to peel the onion, many layers deep to get to the true core issues and facilitate healing. Thank you Addo for creating this space!!

They really take time to understand my issues. The process is individualized to my specific needs. They actually have to do work and hold me responsible for my own growth. It's not only about showing up and talking to my therapist for an hour. They provide tools and have me do work that really makes a difference.

    The CEO is amazing!

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin with a free phone consultation to understand your needs.

Then the first session is always on us (free). It's very important to us that you meet us and enjoy our services.

With a strong understanding of your needs, we will setup a plan customized to your circumstance. We make it easy to get going!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been practicing therapy for over 15 years and have hundreds of hours of specialized training above and beyond therapist licensure.

Our relationship training includes the prestigious and highly effective EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), trauma treatment in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). We also have therapists that are Certified Addiction Therapists.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

The first session is always on us. It's very important to us that you meet us and enjoy our services.

If you feel we're a good fit, depending on the therapist, prices range from $95-$130 per session with less expensive group therapy options.

How did you get started in this business?

We had family members with mental illness, marriage, infidelity, trauma and compulsive behavior issues.

We also realized that therapists needed additional and specialized training above and beyond licensure to offer the best therapeutic help! So, we developed our own trainings. Our therapists go through 12 additional weeks of training before they see our clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

The mutual decision to work together is made during the free consultation call.

We work with all religious views, gender types, relationship statuses and living circumstances.

We have served over 4,000 individuals from all over the world!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

As with therapy, you can't place a timeline on treatment. However, what we are fond of are the reviews our clients give us.

In thousands of surveys of our clients, they've reported:

> 99% Felt safe

> 96% Felt they were given tools to improve their circumstance

> 98% Customer service satisfaction

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Our advice would be to ask for a free consultation call and a free session to decide if you get along well with the provider.

With therapy, success is in large part determined by personality fit. It's really important!

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

In regards to therapy, we suggest that each client ponder these questions:

> What is my situation now?

> What would I like my situation to be?

> What's preventing me from getting there?

> What help do I need to get there?
