HL3CC truly enjoy seeing results with hope in the many changed lives over the years. Our goal is to consult,counsel and bring comfort. The emotional and inner healing restoration is evidenced when applying behavior health tools along with faith principles. We encouraged and support each client's insight for the present and past challenges to assist in a new future. Improved communication and relationship tools are taught. We desire to educate, edify and empower clients with a new perspective on the now and even tomorrow's challenges.
HL3CC desire to see changed lives for the better. New Beginnings with possibilities in attitude, communications, and restoration of relationships. You cannot change the world or people but you can change your reaction and respond to any circumstance. You can be happy again starting within while radiating a new hope outwardly. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial consultation which includes mental mini-assessment, goal setting, new actions/intervention, evaluations, and follow-up/recommendations. HL3CC ask each new client to commit to 2-4 sessions and guaranteed improved changes in their lives for the better.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dr. Effie Davis Weir BSN-MCC-PhD has over 21 years in Behavior/Mental Health Counseling. Dr. Weir is a Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor and PTSD Certified. She started in Corporate Hospital setting advancing into outpatient clinics and presently private practice. She noted in the early 1990's man being tripod that is body, soul, and spirit must be addressed totally before emotional/inner healing is complete. Dr. Weir pursued further degrees in counseling and psychology (faith-based). An expert in communication with a desire to promote tools for improving relationships while adding new life skills.
HL3CC desire to educate, edify and empower individuals, families, marriages, groups, and youths. Behavior health means improving communication with the restoration of the core building blocks such as self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-confidence restored. A resolution of any past abuses hurts or unresolved traumas is necessary for restoration in mental healthcare. The spirit-man (real you) is critical to emotional recovery and only spiritual tools such as prayer, praise and worship are available. (faith-based counseling, the local church, temple, etcHL3CC plan includes mental health assessment, goal setting, interventions/actions, evaluation, and follow-up/support group. HealthyLife3 also offer 'An Affordable Plan' no health insurance rate: Individual Rate $45, Families $65, Marriage Counseling $55, Support Group $40 per 4 sessions, Youth Ages 6-18 $40 and Anger Management 4 sessions including Certification/Ref Letter $50.

How did you get started in this business?
I started in the business/clinic 21 years; as a healthcare professional nurse in the corporate hospital settings inpatient and outpatient clinics. I desired to go further by obtaining a Master in Education Counseling and later Ph.D. in counseling psychology(Faith-Based). Our first office opened in 2001 with general individual/family and marriage. Youth counseling evolved in 2009 and the rest is history.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our Clients come from a diversity of every ethnicity, culture, and faith. We counsel all ages and blended families.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
An incident briefing at a local school which involved the student in car accident fatality. The students were devasted with some reports of the threat of suicide immediate but HL3CC counsel and intervened. The students are doing well to this present day.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
if desiring a professional in any area of expertise always seek out credentialing and word of mouth is still the most effective.
