What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer shows interest in the service I provide that meets their need; I request an email address in order to submit intake forms that need to be completed, signed and forwarded back to me. I also request an initial payment at that time.
Upon receipt of these items, we will agree upon scheduled session times and I will submit the zoom address and workbook via email.
