I meet my clients right where they are at. I go beyond talk therapy with my clients. I have clients who like to walk and talk, have a jiu jitsu session then a talk session, etc. I believe true healing has to be all, mental, physical and spiritual.

I work with trauma, PTSD, relational issues, children to adults. I love encouraging and supporting my clients in their growth to personal fulfillment.
