Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Going to see my grandfather who suffers from Alzheimer's and has been placed in hospice. He looked healthier than in years. His resilience is unlike anything I've ever seen. It was a good reminder that as humans, we feel marveled by these changes but in reality we are all capable of pushing forward through difficult times and not only survive but live, heal, feel empowered and along with a support system succeed in our health goals as well.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To look into someone who shows interest on whatever they’re going through and comes with educated recommendations. Someone who teaches them what they know and can back it up with research.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Experience, approach to issue, mileage charge, add ons.
