Hi, I’m Hillary Arrieta, a holistic wellness expert, industry educator, author and owner of The Heeling Hut located in Plano, Texas. With nearly two decades of experience in massage therapy, aromatherapy, Western herbalism, yoga, and meditation, I specialize in Ayurvedic spa treatments, IRest Meditation, Cupping Therapy, and Barefoot massage.

When I’m not working with clients, I teach massage, yoga/meditation, participates on local massage education advisory boards, and write for various publications on related topics of expertise.

I’ve taught massage therapists since 2008, from the basic certification program to continuing education workshops. I have the honor of teaching as an approved instructor for the Center for Barefoot Massage. She strives to create a dynamic, organized, and comfortable learning environment.​
