Got a new pair of glasses from here and got my lenses changed for my old one. Very helpful people. My glasses were loose and he fixed them right there. He has all the branded Eyewear and at a huge selection. Was very happy with my experience!

So glad I discovered EZ Optical yesterday. I already had my eye exam from my doctor at a different place but they didn’t have any frames I liked. So I was in search for the perfect frames that were stylish but practical and fit my face well. There are so many options in Houston and the reviews for EZ Optical caught my eye so I stopped by.

As soon as I entered, I was welcomed and provided with 5-star care and assistance as the owner and his daughter provided their undivided attention to help me find the best options for me. First off, I was shocked that they were presenting me with so many options that indeed fit the description of what I was looking for. I was impressed with their selection as there was a wide-range variety of both affordable and high-end brands. There were truly SO many options and they were all updated/in-style! One thing I really appreciated was how patient and friendly the owner was. He answered all my questions and took the time out to explain my cost options and discounts with my insurance.

It was heart-warming to see that the different families and customers that entered during my visit were also welcomed and treated with the same respect, friendliness, and wonderful customer service. I learned this is a local family owned business which has been there for 27 years! Keep up the great work and stellar customer service. I recommend this shop 100%. I was already having an amazing day and a stop at EZ optical added to it! I ended up purchasing TWO lovely frames from amazing brands that I didn’t have to go to Highland Village or the Galleria for.

Lovely and fast experience here at EZ Optical! They took extra steps to ensure that my prescription needs were met by doing some in house tests (ie monitor distance, etc). Then we tried on many glasses and they helped me find the best one that suits my face and budget.
