About
life experiences are integral parts of my knowledge, particularly as they relate to trauma, addiction, anger, grief & loss to suicide
i'm a humanitarian, a natural born counselor. i didn't have an opportunity to resolve childhood trauma until latter adulthood. my journey towards emotional wellness began 34 years ago, when I quit drinking alcohol. a counselor i became afterwards & did such professionally for 20 years. survived loss of my wife to suicide 10 years ago. i enjoy availing opportunity to help people, enabling them to work 'through' their feelings, instead of their feelings working them
