About
I have a passion for people like you who seek out help and learn to embrace the growing pains that come with change. This is not an easy process, but a rewarding one! Watching someone learn to trust themselves and try soemthing new is why I love the process of therapy. It is vulnerable, and scary, but such a thrill. You can teach an old dog to do a new trick. With the advancements in nueroscience we know this to be true today. Finding the words can be hard at times, so I offer expressive arts as another way to get out whats in your head and heart. You don't have to be an artist, just need to get it down on paper, and from there we can work with it!
I have my LPC in Texas and my B.S in Art Therapy. Here is my psychology today profile if interested.

I enjoy watching people grow, knowing that they made the changes in their life.
