I am an Estate Planning and Probate attorney with 17 years of experience in assisting clients with Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, probate and guardianship matters. I love working with clients to help make a difficult area of planning easy and efficient to navigate and being there to walk my clients through the difficult next steps after losing a loved one.

I enjoy putting my 37 years of experience to work for each client, to present a case to the clients' best advantage and achieve the best deal possible with the IRS. We use the Taxpayer Bill of Rights and 15 other programs to put the IRS on the defensive, with you in control and the IRS responding to your proposals, instead of the other-way-around. I'm gratified when I can help clients put their IRS problems behind them so they can get on with their lives.

I have been in the practice of law in excess of 50 years; served as a municipal court judge and have been general counsel of a major hotel company for over 25 years. I currently limit my practice to business and real estate matters and transacdtions as well as probate and estate planning and family law. I enjoy the research and challenge of the practice of law
