I enjoy putting my 37 years of experience to work for each client, to present a case to the clients' best advantage and achieve the best deal possible with the IRS. We use the Taxpayer Bill of Rights and 15 other programs to put the IRS on the defensive, with you in control and the IRS responding to your proposals, instead of the other-way-around.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use available IRS programs, or a combination of programs, to stop IRS collection activity and reach the best settlement possible. The process begins with an initial strategy session in our office where the client and I decide on the best plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A Juris Doctor law degree and 37 years of experience and formal continuing legal eduction in tax problem resolution.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When choosing the person or firm who will represent you before the IRS it's important for taxpayers to know they are dealing with a professional who is well versed in tax law and the programs the IRS has available that can limit the amount you have to pay the IRS.
IRS representation is a complicated field with many different laws to interpret. While any Attorney, CPA or Enrolled Agent CAN represent clients before the IRS, only a few are truly qualified to provide the knowledge and experience needed to successfully represent someone before the IRS.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
You should be prepared to tell the practitioner all relevant information. This is what we do and we don't judge. It would especially help if you bring all IRS letter to your first meeting with us.
