I am a licensed counselor with over 15 years of experience. I became a therapist to help alleviate the pain and emotional stress that individuals experience at various times in their lives. I believe in the uniqueness of each individual and strive to provide an accepting and non-judgmental safe haven where my clients can examine areas in their life that inhibit their ability to live and enjoy life to its fullest. I am passionate about helping individuals understand unhealthy coping mechanisms and providing them with the tools and skills which will increase their self-esteem, self-understanding and promote personal growth.

Seeing my clients develop healthy coping skills and learn to love and accept themselves is a huge reward and personally satisfying.
