I am also very successful helping people dealing with depression, anxiety, and stress. As well as face-to-face sessions, I am certified in telehealth and can provide video, phone, or online sessions.
My theoretical orientation is cognitive behavioral. My therapy style is goal oriented, solutions focused. I have 28 years experience providing psychotherapy. I am a no-nonsense therapist who enjoys helping my clients find solutions to their problems in the most effective, non-intrusive way possible.
