I have many clients whom have returned over the years when they find themselves dealing with new life stressors. I have been fortunate enough to see the long lasting changes in many I have worked with.

I enjoy helping others find the resources within themselves to help deal with whatever life issues they are struggling with. I love helping them uncover their own resiliency.
