Helping people heal using natural alternative avenues has always been my passion.
I had taken my YTT 200/Hr course and graduated January 2020 at Houston Yoga & Ayurveda Wellness Center, right before the COVID shut down. That is where I had been introduced to Ayurveda ( The science of self healing). Which inspired me to go back to school and get my massage license. I had to wait for the shut down to be lifted before entering massage school.
I was top of my class in massage therapy school at HSM ( Houston School of Massage). Focused on therapy and healing, I integrated yoga into my session with yoga stretch, and lomilomi techniques.
