I have trained with Eckhart Tolle, Lisa Goodwin, Marianne Williamson, and more. The presence and soul work we do to release and find happiness is hard work, but it leads to a life unimaginable! We will work on mindset shifts through healing work, guided meditations, life coaching, and often incorporate reiki healing into our time together when we both feel it is right. Part of what I do is channeling. I've practiced many healing methodologies from Eastern and Western medicines. There will of course be actual counseling work we do where we look at your triggers, fears, thoughts, etc. I have had high-level teachers in IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapies as well. What makes me different though is that I truly have an active channel to Source- the inspiration/universal insight that sort of works through me to tell you what you need to hear at the right time. What comes out and what methods we decide to use will always be what is right for you at the time, and I am always open to bringing in energy clearing or personalized guided meditations included in the session. I feel like this combination of work is really the deepest way to heal. There are more traditional therapists who may "categorize" you as something or diagnose you, but I truly believe in getting to the roots of our fears and triggers, hearing their stories, finding out why they still plague us or what they are trying to inform us of, and then to really actually release them and heal them! The results I have seen from my clients are truly astounding- such beautiful guided personalized soul work, where they are no longer plagued by what used to haunt their thoughts.
