You are exhausted. You feel lonely and like no one “gets it”. You’ve tried everything you know to feel better, but nothing is working. I see you. Sometimes we don’t realize how our thoughts and the stories we tell ourselves can hurt us even more. That’s where I come in. I’m here to help you examine your beliefs, how they came to be, and ways of coping that may be harmful. Together we can create goals and an action plan that will help you feel better.

I work with people who are experiencing chronic illness. As someone who has lived with diabetes for over 30 years, I get it. I also specialize in grief and loss, depression, and codependency. I can help you navigate these rocky waters and come out the other side with tools to help you. I have gone through my own healing process and I consider it a privilege to be a companion with others through their healing journeys.

I have worked with adults at residential, PHP/IOP, and outpatient levels of care. I am also an identity affirming therapist and work with clients in the LGBT community.
