I provide individual, family, and couples counseling. My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, sexual and relationship issues.
I am passionate about the work I do and am inspired by the strength and resilience in my clients. I have empathy for those who are suffering and struggling and it is an honor to be a part of my clients life journey.

You and I can discuss your areas of concern and I will answer any questions you may have.
I have office locations in Plano and Frisco, Texas. Or, I can provide teletherapy sessions. I have evening and weekend appointments available.
I do not bill insurances. I have a flexible slinging fee scale and you and I will negotiate the fees based upon your needs and circumstances. Fees range between $50-100 per 50 minute session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Iin 1997, I graduated from Eastern Michigan University with my Masters degree in social work. I have over 20 years clinical experience. I am licensed in Texas and Michigan as a clinical social worker (LCSW).
