What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess what it is that they are looking for and identify the areas that I feel I can help or make a referral out if I am not a good fit. I meet people where they are and use the stages of change model to determine how I treat.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with over 20 years of experience working in addiction Treatment. I'm required to do 20 hours a year in continued education which I exceed because it is important for to stay on top of the lasted research and treatment modalities for substance use disorders.
