Inner Harmony

The mission of Inner Harmony is to assist all who come here in finding their own Inner Harmony. Just wishing for good health or world peace is not the answer. You must first believe these are the natural order and are already yours. And, our mind/body/spirit is one; what imbalances one will imbalance the others. Therefore, we offer many modalities that can empower you and to release old patterns: sound healing, EFT, sound healing CDs, music therapy, biofeedback, and others. Whether it be through one on one or couples counseling, participating in a class, or using sound or music, we are here to support and guide you. We wish to assist in lighting your light so that you may be a beacon for others and help them light theirs.

I have been a counselor for over 30 years in a variety of venues (hospital, rehab center, surgical team, private practice). The opportunity to assist others in making positive changes to realign their being and find inner peace is the greatest joy I can bring to myself and my clients. By doing this, not only does the client benefit, but all who come in contact with him/her. This is the way we make a better world!
