Healing Transitions

I have found that clinical hypnosis helps so much with anxiety and stress management. My clients and I sometimes use it as a tool to help an individual with whatever they are trying to accomplish.

Along with my degree I have experienced many things in life that I feel make me empathetic with my clients. I have raised five children and I have a 8 grandchildren who has come through many many experiences in life. I don't believe anything I hear in therapy with someone can take me by surprise. LOL
