What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A formal Intake and Assessment is taken at first session. Clinical forms are reviewed and signed. And questions or concerns about therapy are addressed. Over the first couple of sessions Goals and treatment plans will be completed as a collaboration of the client and therapists working together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Victory University in 2013 with a Master of Science in Professional Counseling. I am Licensed in the State of Tennessee as a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Services Provider endorsement. I have a background in trauma informed care. Training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) I and II. Also well versed in an array of treatment modalities CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Therapy, and Psyhodrama, just to name a few.
