About
Hi! My name is Elif, and I am a Mental Health Intern working under the supervision of Dr. Kizzie Johnson at Body, Mind, & Solutions LLC. I am currently on my last semester of Graduate school where I am completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
As a Mental Health Counselor, my aim is to create an environment filled with support and safety for self-exploration and growth toward healing and change. I believe that every individual is an expert of themselves. This is why I focus towards working together in a more person-centered approach.
I am a true believer that "broken crayons still color". My aspiration is to help you see your own color!
I enjoy that as a counselor, I get to work with a diverse range of individuals that bring their differences into the therapy room. I enjoy being able to learn about each person I work with, and help them make great changes toward regaining their mental wellness.
