I text with them a bit. Gain basic information.
Send them electronic paperwork and get them on the schedule.

Masters In Marriage and Family Therapy from Evangelical Theological Seminary

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have a 7 month old puppy named Loki. I love watching him grow and teaching him new things. He is delightful when he plays in the park with other pups. It just makes me smile.
