I believe that everyone is created with innate worth and the potential for emotional, relational, and spiritual wholeness and growth, bringing a deep sense of satisfaction and purpose. My goal is to help my clients gain clarity and acquire the tools that will allow them to move toward greater personal and relational fulfillment and peace.

My style is warm and supportive and I offer hope, encouragement, and the belief that change and growth are possible. I use a variety of evidence-based methods to help you gain relief, identify new perspectives and opportunities, and find solutions.

I work with anxiety, depression, stress-related, and relationship issues. I also enjoy working with individuals who are wrestling with questions concerning their faith or who want to incorporate a Christian perspective into their sessions.

My passion is to come alongside others when they are hurting, feeling stuck, or just needing support. It is rewarding to see people discover their worth and potential and experience freedom from thoughts and feelings that have kept them chained for years.
