I believe we all are our own best experts but there are times we need a safe environment to work through barriers preventing us from living our best lives. My role as therapist is to provide supportive environment that helps individuals move through the barriers that are preventing fulfillment and life satisfaction. My practice is trauma informed and I hold specialized training working with youth, adults, and families on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

I realize for some therapy can be a big and at times a scary step. I work hard to provide clients a safe environment where they can open up and start their journey of self discovery needed to live the life they seek. I enjoy the moments when people begin to see the possibilities and hope they may have been struggling to find prior to therapy.
