Together you and I collaborate for the best treatment plan for you. I provide integrative counseling designed for each individual; evidence based Solution Focussed, Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for short term and psychotherapy for longer term therapy as needed.

I enjoy working people of all ages and needs from age five to seniors. I offer creative approaches including Sandplay therapy. I specialize in high functioning Autism Spectrum disorder, anxiety and depression.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a short no cost phone consultation to see if what I offer is what you are looking for and if we are a good match for working together.We make an initial intake appointment to find how I might best help you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $150. per clinical hour. I have a sliding fee for underinsured and need based $80-140.

I have worked with all ages with many complicated difficulties in private practice, as a school counselor, clinics and a psychiatric hospital. I Specialize in Anxiety and depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Change of life Circumstances.
