As your therapist, my compassion and understanding allow me to connect with you on a deeper level. This therapeutic relationship starting from our first meeting allows you to feel trusted, safe and hopeful in addressing your current or past issues. I am very passionate in helping you find solutions to overcome your obstacles, so that you can reach your highest potential. I work with adults of all ages dealing with anxiety, depression, life-transitions, grief and loss, career and academic burn out, relationship issues, trauma and many other challenges.
My approach to therapy is from an eclectic manner using variety of evidence based treatment options that are most suited to meet my client's needs. I apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) from a Mindfulness Based and also in Trauma-Informed approach.
I have certification in Clinical Hypnotherapy, which I effectively integrate in to my therapy, if a client requests. Clinical Hypnotherapy techniques can be very effective in treating various disorders and conditions including weight loss, smoking cessation, pain management, surgery preparation etc."
I have 7 years experience working as counselor and have a Masters in Clinical Mental Health and a Masters in Education. I am Nationally Certified Counselor and also holds Certification in Clinical Hypnoiss from American Soicety of Clinical Hypnosis.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Client can have a phone consultation to figure out whether we are a good match.
2. If it is a good match client can provide me with the insureance inforamtion leading to setting up the first appointment and I will send a link to my portal. Clients then can fill Intake paper work before they meet me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Clinical Mental Health from Adams State University Colorado and a Masters in Education from Pacific University Oregon. I hold Licensed Professional Counselor license in Oregon.

I charge 175 $ per session if you have insurance. If not I charge 100.00 $ per session.
