Whether you are making intentional changes in your life, navigating relationship issues or a mental health diagnosis, we’ll work together to understand what’s going on and find tools and strategies that help you move forward. My goal is to help you strengthen your relationships: with yourself, with others, and with the world around you. We’ll talk about what you’re hoping to get out of therapy and check in on those goals along the way. I find that having some direction can make our time together more meaningful and productive. And of course, goals can shift, life changes all the time and therapy should grow with you.
I work with people to find tools that help them manage their mental health, feel more in control, and improve how they cope with everyday life. Whether you are wanting to learn how to manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc., going through a life change or experiencing relationship issues (with others or self) I can help.
You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for something to shift. Maybe you’re navigating a diagnosis, relationship stress, or a major life change and you're looking for space to slow down, reflect, and feel more like yourself again. In our work together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, set meaningful goals, and move toward lasting change.
