We give people tools to utilize to help them cope with their negative emotions by providing a variety of methods like cognitive behavioral, client centered and solution focused techniques. Our counselors are caring and meet you where you are emotionally. We utilize HeartMath, breathing and mindfulness/self-hypnosis as well as many of the latest healing modalities.
