About
On the outside, you may look fine.
You’re going to school. Showing up to work. Handling responsibilities.
But internally? You’re stressed, frustrated, disconnected, or unsure of yourself.
I work with teens, college students, and men who don’t want to stay stuck.
For teens, that might look like anxiety that won’t turn off, low confidence, school stress, social struggles, or constant tension at home. For college students, it’s often pressure to succeed, uncertainty about the future, relationship stress, or feeling overwhelmed but not wanting to admit it.
For men, it’s different — but similar.
Carrying responsibility. Managing stress quietly. Wanting to lead well at home or work but feeling frustrated, reactive, or shut down.
Most of my clients are capable. They’re not broken.
They just haven’t been taught the skills to manage what they’re facing.
That’s where I come in.
I’m not a passive listener. I’m a coach.
We identify what’s not working, understand why it keeps happening, and build practical skills to change it.
You’ll leave sessions with clarity.
With direction.
With something to practice.
Counseling shouldn’t drag on forever. The goal is measurable growth — stronger communication, better emotional control, clearer thinking, and more confidence in how you show up in life.
If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start making progress, we’ll work well together.
