I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) and also a Native Oklahoman. I have a vast array of experiences and specialize in treating a variety of conditions and patients from age 3 to senior citizens. I have been in the human services field since 2007, and the counseling field since 2011. I have had the pleasure to serve in several areas of Oklahoma from Northwestern (Panhandle) Oklahoma, to Logan County, Payne County, Tula County, and Okmulgee County. I've worked in Community Mental Health, Non-Profit, Inpatient Hospitals, Substance Abuse Clinics, School Based and Home Based Services. Other experiences including leading a Hospital Staff, Mental Health Court Team, School Based Team, Crisis Response Team, and also serving as a compliance coordinator. In 2015 I left for Georgia and started Private Practice, and in 2016 I was called back to Oklahoma where I became a Co-Founder and Partnering Manager of Partners in Wellness. There's a suite of services my office provides including counseling, education testing, supervised visitation, consultation, and soon to add CPR and First Aid classes. We are nestled in the Tri Corridor on 141st and Highway 75 in Glenpool, OK allowing us as the only provider to deliver assessible premiere services to citizens in Tulsa, Creek, and Okmulgee Counties. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with a FREE Consultation. As you contact me, and tell me your immediate needs, I will schedule a consultation with you. This consultation is a face to face appointment usually lasting round 30-40 mins. Where I explain the therapeutic process to you in its entirety, and you are able to interview me/ask me any questions you may have to see if we are a good fit for one another. If we find we are a good find we are a good fit then we schedule a second appointment which is called an assessment. After the assessment we are able to identify goals, and needs. Then we proceed to treatment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a lifelong learner with 27 plus years of education. I'm also a researcher and remain up to date with the latest advances in the field. I've been fortunate to arrive with diverse training at several institutions including: Tulsa Community College, Bacone College, NW Oklahoma State, Langston University, and California Southern University.
Bachelors in Corrections/Criminal Justice, Masters in Rehabiliation Counseling and Disapbilities Studies/ Professional Counselor License. Certiffication in Forensic Counseling, Certification in I/O Psycholgy, and in my last year of Doctoral Trained. I have come with 3000 Hours of Suicidality Training, Trained in Play Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, and variety of other therapeutic modalities.

Yes. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Choice, Medicaid-Soonercare, and United Health.
If you have an Insurance Carrier listed above, most co-pays are typically around $40, except for medicaid. I offer staight forward/transparency pricing. There are no surprises, and no extra or hidden fees.
If you are self-pay I also provide a national standard fee based scale for services. I aim to make services affordable to all individuals.
