Making the decision to seek help and support can be a difficult step, especially when life is challenging and stressful. Mental health issues and poor relationships aren’t something to be afraid of or ignored but are areas where one can discover hidden strengths and opportunities for growth. I desire to build a trusting support system with you and work collaboratively to find realistic goals for healing. As a counselor, I am genuine and caring when listening and providing support to my clients. I desire to offer hope and encouragement toward healing.
