What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first session will be information gathering, so I can learn about your experience and needs for therapy at this time. Moving forward we will focus on decreasing symptoms by stabalizing needs, increasing education, coping skills and processing events in your life.

How did you get started in this business?
I started working in community mental health as a case manager in 2013. After completing my masters I began working as a therapist in community mental health and in private practice.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Finding the right therapist is important for your healing. I make sure to build a trusting relationship with my clients before addressing trauma; I have found this maxamises success in recovery.
