My belief is that change happens outside of your comfort zone. I am not the smile and nod therapist but rather a person who is not afraid to challenge you to dive deeper. My goal is to help you make lasting changes and stop living in the lies that are holding you back, you know, all those beliefs that are not true about you. I am a hard worker at my core and I expect the very same from my clients.  For therapy to be successful I expect my clients to show up and be willing to work, this will also include “working" outside of sessions.

I specialize in working with persons with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, grief/loss, emotion regulation, anger, and trauma, as well as navigating through life transitions.
