Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-invasive form of natural energy - based technique. The Reiki practitioner channels the universal life force energy to the client so as to balance and improve the flow of energy in the client's body to support the client's physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being.

The Himalayan Singing Bowls are crafted with seven metals especially designed to bring the mind, body and soul into harmony. The soothing sound from these bowls takes us into a deep meditative state. The resonance of these bowls penetrates the body on a cellular level and synchronizes the brain waves which helps us to achieve the theta brain wave state. There are several benefits of the theta brain wave state such as deep physical and mental relaxation, reduction of stress, anxiety, fatigue and tension, boosting the immune system, connecting to the subconscious mind, alleviating aches and pains, and activation of the body’s innate healing mechanism. The frequency or vibration of each of these bowls correspond to each of the seven major chakras (energy centers) in the body. Therefore, the sound and vibration produced from these bowls help to release any blockages from the chakras and activate the energy flow throughout body thus promoting healing on a mental, emotional and physical level.
