I'm a Psychotherapist with three decades of experience working within multiple social work, counseling, and advocacy settings. For the past ten years, my passion has been focused in private practice!

I believe that everyone has the ability to improve or change their current circumstances and am dedicated to helping that transformation take place!

Ethical in my approaches, I provide highly individualized care; safe, thoughtful, trauma-informed treatment; and encourage personal empowerment in order to navigate your own growth and healing. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, multiculturally inclusive, and always welcoming to individual differences!
