Have you ever wondered if you could learn to heal yourself? My goal is to work collaboratively leading clients to solutions that are useable tools for a lifetime. My experience as a trauma therapist both in the military and private sectors have afforded me the opportunity to practice with many people. Throughout my experience, I have learned the power of education and use it as a complementary modality to the therapeutic experience. I am also a certified Reiki master and life coach. It is an honor to specialize in trauma therapy, energy work, and educational therapy. I own a practice that offers a number of services beyond talk therapy. We offer body awareness training and other unique interventions that help those with PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and identity issues.
I enjoy working with individuals, families, and couples watching their version of healing become a reality.

How did you get started in this business?
The co-founders noticed a gap in the therapy services within Cleveland. Very few practitioners were treating the whole person.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of people ranging from age 12 to 75 with a breadth of concerns.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It's like buying a car. Test out your therapist before you commit. It's okay if you have to try a few. Make sure you feel comfortable.
