We like to take a holistic approach when possible. We primarily subscribe to cognitive-behavioral techniques which are educational, in that you are taught new ways to view your learning process, develop new perspectives about education and practice more efficient ways of changing your behaviors, cognition's, and emotions.
I enjoy helping others find their joy and happiness. The best is when I see my clients becoming a healthy version of the great person they are meant to be.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first appointment is to start an evaluation and building rapport. I like to get to know my clients and understand what is needed and how I can help.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Education with an emphasis in community counseling and presently working on a PhD in Forensic Psychology. I have a license by the State of Ohio from the Counselor, Social Work, and Marriage and Family Therapist Baord as well as a Chemical Dependency License.
