About
Ever been told or thought that you need to see a therapist for your struggles, but struggle with actually following through with seeing someone? The most important thing is that you feel safe and comfortable in each session to be able to work on the things that YOU want to work on at a pace that YOU feel comfortable with. I have spent my career working with a range of issues from psychosis, depression, anxiety, OCD, suicidality, self harm, to substance abuse. I work with adolescents and adults and have enjoyed working with families and couples that are struggling with a variety of issues from communication to co-parenting.
I am a certified clinical trauma specialist and can help support you on YOUR journey of healing without re-traumatizing/ rehashing the trauma. I have also worked in an opiate treatment facility with those who are struggling to get into/ maintain recovery. My "thing" is communication and I have a passion for helping people advocate for and express themselves.
If you are looking for someone that can individualize your treatment and help improve your life in ways you have been wanting to, now is the best time. You should never feel unsafe in therapy and I am here to help you break down those barriers standing between you and a life that is more relaxed, less stressful, is more enjoyable, and free from addiction.
