I have been working with people of all ages for over 16 years. I specialized in treating anxiety, trauma, and anger management. My work with adults focuses on helping you make necessary changes so that you can move forward in reaching your goals. My work with children focuses on building creativity, confidence, and providing tools for coping with stress and overwhelming emotions.
