Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with getting to know the client and creating a comfortable, judgment-free space where they feel safe to open up. During the first sessions, I focus on understanding their concerns, goals, triggers, and relationship dynamics. From there, we work together to create a personalized plan using healthy communication techniques, coping strategies, emotional regulation, and conflict-resolution skills. My goal is to support clients step-by-step while helping them build lasting positive changes in their lives and relationships.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training and experience in communication, conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and client support related to anger management and relationship counseling. My background has helped me develop strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills that allow me to effectively support clients in a compassionate and professional way. I’m also committed to continued learning and staying informed on healthy counseling techniques and relationship-building strategies.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, I offer a simple and flexible pricing structure depending on the type of session and client needs.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this field because I’ve always been interested in understanding people, emotions, and how communication affects relationships. Over time, I developed a strong passion for helping others work through conflict, manage anger in healthier ways, and improve their personal relationships.
I began building experience through training, studying counseling techniques, and working in environments where I supported people through emotional and interpersonal challenges. That experience confirmed for me that this is the work I’m meant to do, and it motivated me to continue growing in the field and helping others create positive change in their lives.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including individuals struggling with anger management, stress, and emotional regulation, as well as couples dealing with communication breakdowns, trust issues, and recurring conflict. I also support people who are navigating major life transitions or trying to rebuild healthier relationship patterns.
Across all clients, my focus is on meeting them where they are, understanding their unique situation, and helping them develop practical tools to improve communication, manage emotions, and strengthen any relationships.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One recent moment I’m especially proud of involved working with a client who had ongoing difficulty managing anger in relationships. At first, they struggled with reacting quickly and feeling misunderstood, which was causing a lot of tension at home.
Over time, we focused on identifying triggers, slowing down reactions, and practicing healthier communication skills. One session stood out when they shared that they were able to pause during a conflict, take a breath, and respond calmly instead of reacting impulsively. That small change ended up preventing a major argument.
Hearing that progress reminded me how meaningful this work is—seeing someone gain control over their emotions and start rebuilding trust in their relationships is incredibly rewarding.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When looking to hire a counselor for anger management or relationship support, I’d encourage clients to prioritize someone who makes them feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely heard. The right fit isn’t just about credentials—it’s about trust and communication.
