About
Using multifaceted approaches to therapy to meet clients individual needs. Dive deep into the self to clear patterns that don't seem to work anymore and recreate a new life.
I offer Psychotherapeutic clinical services in the treatment of eating disorders, addictions/ addictive compulsive behaviors, mental and emotional health, anxiety, body-centered somatic psychotherapy, behavioral health, and trauma. As we peel off the layers together, doing the work, one learns how to take care of the self, create a healthier, more loving adult self and identify the critical, wounded self that causes our pain. I work with children and adults by appointment only.
I offer a safe space where I guide you to open to learning about yourself. I studied addiction models, am EMDR trained, use hypnosis and hypnotherapy when applicable, certified in Core Energetics, sandplay and Mental Imagery. The practices integrate these Psychotherapies, integrating the body/mind. This work is Heart centered and healing.
Clients who are ready to transform their life but need the tools to do so are ideal for this work. The psychotherapeutic and dynamic work helps build healthy coping that can create lasting changes. For children, it works a little different as I use creative art therapy and sandplay therapy as well. For adults I use the imagination as the creative art.
