I have been a mental health counselor for over 12 years, with experience in working with people with histories of trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, eating disorders, and other concerns. I am certified in EMDR. I believe in meeting my clients where they are and working side-by-side with them to process past and present experiences in a way that will help them to grow towards achieving their goals. I am passionate about helping others to reach their full potential and find the life balance they strive to have.
